I am new, however, to modding in Fallout.

I am not new to modding in general, I have done some texture changes/edits/replacements in GTA 3 and Vice City. All given the visual treatment to look old, worn, and dirty. Plates, cups, glasses, toys, things of that nature. I thought to myself, what if someone could replace the teddy bear with a MLP pony? Also, what if someone could alter/replace the texture of the lunchbox to have MLP art on it?Then I realized that it could go farther than that. I then remembered the teddy bear I played with when I was just a year old, back in Vault 101. I came across a lunchbox and a teddy bear.
